Warranty (Limited) Policy
Thank you for your purchase in the products and services from BladeRight Cleaning Supplies & Services (BladeRight).
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
Who does this limited warranty cover?
This limited warranty covers only the original purchaser of the product. The limited warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners or purchasers of the product.
Limitation of Liability
BladeRight is not responsible for consequential losses which happen as a side effect of the loss or damage of a product(s) purchased through us (such as loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, waste of management or office time.
What will we do to correct problems?
During the Warranty Period, BladeRight, at it’s sole discretion, will repair (using new or refurbished replacement parts) or replace at no charge products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
How long does the warranty last?
BladeRight will use other companies products to construct its equipment and unless otherwise stated our warranty is 12 months from date of dispatch, where this conflicts with an original manufacturers warranty the original manufacturers warranty will take precedence.
A replacement part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. Products not being used for the intended purpose.
Products that have been installed by a third party.
Fair Wear and tear is not covered under any warranty arrangement supplied by BladeRight, and an the assessment for fair wear and tear damage will be carried out by BladeRight.
Items that show that they have been broken or damaged by impact or excessive force will not be covered under any warranty arrangement.
Any modification, alteration or attempt to fix equipment that has supplied by BladeRight, without prior consent or agreement, automatically invalidates any warranty. The warranty excludes, fuses, cables, connectors or attachments.
Items will be returned to BladeRight will be returned at the customer’s expense for assessment before a replacement is authorised.
The warranty does not cover the cost of returned shipments being lost in transit to BladeRight.
Refunds will be limited to the cost of the faulty part only.
BladeRight will not warrant that a part, or parts, will not be made “obsolete” at some point in the future.

Our right to vary this warranty policy
We have the right to revise and amend these warranty terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system’s capabilities.
