Phoenix MkII ‘PRO’ Hybrid Water Fed Pole
Faster and Easier to Use.
The simplistic beauty of the Phoenix Pro Hybrid Pole is the clamping system. Phoenix have looked into how these poles work on a daily basis and how they can improve your working life. Phoenix Clamps have been specifically designed with the end user in mind
One Finger Operation
Phoenix Hybrid have a one finger flip action clamp lever which allows you to work quicker and easier than before. Sideways (transverse) clamps may have a certain awkwardness when being used with the thumb. The Phoenix clamps have been designed to flip open in the quickest and easiest way and can be used by any finger.
Anti Pinch Clamps
Considering how long water fed poles have been in use, no one has actually addressed the issues that the day to day user may experience. Ask any window cleaner the one thing that annoys them about pure water cleaning and it will be the clamps pinching the skin, should the pole section close-down, this can result in a pinch on the operators hand. Not anymore, Facelift, through design, have eliminated the problem.
Nuts for Fine Tuning
Unlike some poles, over tightening the nut at the side of the clamp will not affect the wear of the Phoenix sections. Whilst some clamps may rub continually against the pole section when extending or collapsing, the Phoenix clamp will spring open upon release, freeing up the pole allowing it runs smoothly with minimum wear.
Levers
An irritation of sideways opening clamps is that they sometimes catch on sills & gutters etc, this causes the clamp to open causing the section to slide down. Phoenix levers have been specially designed to bounce over ledges, etc and prevent this inconvenience from happening.
The Red One
The red lever at the top of the pole can be used with an optional Ultra-Lite* section (available upon request) or the included quick release adapter. The red colouring is there to remind you not to open the clamp unless removing the adapter or using the Ultra-Lite* section.
