Over time rigorous gutter clearing can impact your powerful gutter vacuum and your machine perhaps may not be at its peak performance. To get your vac head back to it’s gutter blockage busting best, you can be sure our service technicians will have you clearing those gutters like day one!
How often should the head be serviced?
This varies dependent on the operative and the heavy usage. Using the filter(s) correctly will lengthen the lifespan of your gutter vacuum and keep service down to a minimum.
Our Head Service includes:
- Power cord inspection and continuity test
- Individual motor service and performance check
- Outer lid inspection
- Internal component inspection and clean
- Internal filters cleaned
- Float valve performance check
- Internal wiring inspection
- Air flow / water lift test
- PAT test
- Videos / Photos of any damage (available on request)
The service does not include:
The cost of packaging nor sending the head in to us.
Service does not include the drum, trolley/frame, inlet or any other external components – vacuum head only.
You will be liable for any replacements due to damage caused in transit by inadequate packaging.
Any other additional parts or replacements may be required and subject to further costs.
For return addresses outside of mainland UK, shipping will be chargeable.
The Process
Simply select the correct vacuum head service required for your machine.
One of our team will contact you by phone or email during our open hours and run through the procedure for you to send in the head to us.
Upon receipt of the head, our technicians will aim to have your gutter vacuum head on its outbound journey back to you within 48-72 hours keeping your working delays to a minimum.
