Deliveries and Returns
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our trade shop. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All our stock is brand new unless otherwise stated or requested.
By clicking to buy you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out in these terms and in Terms of Business.
By placing an order through trade shop or over the telephone, you warrant that:
You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and you are resident in the UK; and You accept that the sale of all goods purchased through the trade shop is for business use and that you entering upon a business contract.
We reserve the right to cancel any order.
DELIVERY TIMES
All orders are sent on a next working day service (when dispatched by courier, excludes pallet deliveries) but it is not guaranteed. Next working day for items dispatched on a Friday means Monday
The ‘Next working day service’ is from when the parcel leaves us, not from when the order is placed, also this applies to UK Mainland deliveries only (excludes Highlands & Islands & N.I).

Saturday AM deliveries are available for an extra charge. Please call for further information.
We cannot be held responsible for delays due to issues beyond our control such as adverse weather, motorway delays etc.
For delivery tracking we are available either by email or telephone 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
We aim to dispatch stock items the same day when orders are placed before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm may not be dispatched the same day but we will always do our best.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
Orders dispatched by Royal Mail are sent 1st Class on a 1-3 working day delivery, however this is not guaranteed.
The buyer is responsible for providing full and correct delivery and contact information. This will include, but not limited to the following, on every order:
- Full Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Email Address
The buyer is responsible for arranging to receive the goods at the delivery address. We cannot give a specific delivery time.
For courier deliveries a signature is required for all deliveries. The carrier will usually attempt 2 re-deliveries to that same address before the goods are returned to us. If goods are returned to us due to non-delivery the buyer will be responsible for the cost of a re-delivery.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that they, or a nominated responsible person, is available to receive the order on the specified delivery date at the buyers address. BladeRight will not accept responsibility for orders that go missing, following a request by the buyer, by whatever means, to have the courier leave the order in a “Safe Place” or at an alternative address.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
The person receiving the goods at the delivery address shall be responsible for ensuring that they have arrived in a suitable condition. Missing and/or damaged goods must be reported within 2 working days of the dispatch, we may unable to process a claim if it is left longer than this.
If you are not prepared to accept the goods in the condition they arrive, then please sign for “as damaged” and do not accept – send them back with the same driver if possible.
We normally use FedEx or Royal Mail as our courier of choice, however for certain deliveries we may use other couriers or delivery companies.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).
A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:
Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action.
Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster. Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport. Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks. The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
DELIVERY DISCREPANCIES
Where a discrepancy arises between the delivery company and the customer regarding a lost/non-delivery, an investigation will be raised with the relevant delivery company. A claim for lost/non delivered goods will only take place once the investigation has been completed.
FAULTY / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Unless stated our warranty is 12 months, where this conflicts with the manufacturers warranty the manufacturers warranty will take precedence.
To return faulty goods please follow the ‘How to Return an Item’ guidelines below.
Faulty goods must be returned to us at your expense. We may make certain exceptions if a large item is found to be damaged upon delivery. All items should be checked immediately upon receipt.
We will repair or replace faulty goods at the manufacturer’s discretion. Abuse or misuse is not covered by warranty. Please remember that your warranty is against manufacturing defects only. Items found to be misused will incur repair charges and shipping charges.
A reasonable amount of time must be allowed for us to check goods that have been returned as faulty. The exact amount of time will depend on the item.
Defective items usually require BladeRight Cleaning Supplies & Services to examine and in most cases to send the item back to the original suppliers/manufacturers for further examination. Once the defective item is then received we will then wait upon a report for the malfunction. If it is found that the defect is due to a manufacturing issue, then a new or repaired product will be sent to yourself free of charge (excluding your postage expenses)
However if it is found that the malfunction is due to improper use/abuse or any user error, then it will void the warranty and no exchange will be offered. However whenever possible, a choice of repairing the item will be offered.
The outcome of the above will solely be established from the original supplier/manufacture. The result is not negotiable. BladeRight Cleaning Supplies & Services cannot offer a substitute whilst the damaged product is being investigated
Products damaged in transit must be noted at the time of delivery, documented on the delivery note and delivery refused. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the Products for damage with the delivery driver and to notify us of any damages within 48 hours. We will not accept claims for Products damaged in transit that were signed for as being in good condition.
Sensitive Items that may be effected by atmospheric conditions such as Membranes & Filters will not be considered for refund once removed from the original packaging
UNWANTED ITEMS
If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a Contract at any time within fourteen (14) days, beginning on the day you received the Products. In this case, you will receive a refund of the price paid for the Products. Where goods/products have been dispatched you will return the goods/product in the original unused condition. You will be liable for costs incurred by us for delivery and recovery or return of the Products.
If you cancel a Contract, you must; inform us by telephone and inform us in writing, you must also return the Product(s) to us immediately
To define ‘original condition’ the item must be returned in the original unopened packaging
We will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
We cannot issue refunds for used goods.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
Please include a note which states your name, address, telephone number and the reason for return.
Wrap the item securely in the original packaging and send the package to the address below:

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
Please do not return an item to us with no documentation We deal with many customers and it’s not possible to remember every individual case.
Please note that we do not normally issue a refund for an item that has not yet been returned to us. Any exception to this is strictly at our discretion.
RISK AND TITLE
The contract between you and us is a business contract and binding on you and us and on our respective successors and assigns.
You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of your rights or obligations arising under it, without our prior written consent.
We may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of our rights or obligations arising under it, at any time during the term of the Contract.
The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.
Any outstanding monies should be received before collection/delivery of goods unless otherwise stated. Failure to do this will result in legal action.
LIABILITY INFORMATION
Many of our products are intended for professional installation. We will not be held liable for any damage to person or object caused by incorrect installation of our products. If you are unsure about the correct way to install a product please seek advice from BladeRight or, if agreed by BladeRight, a qualified professional.
It is the installer’s responsibility to approve the items supplied by us and ensure that any installation work is safe and well implemented. If for any reason it is felt that the items supplied are not suitable for the job in hand please return them unused for a refund.
Where reasonably practicable please ensure that all products are tested before installation, as transit damage may be invisible.
Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Product you purchased.
We are not responsible for consequential losses which happen as a side effect of the loss or damage of a product(s) purchased through us (such as loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, waste of management or office time.
OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system’s capabilities.
